Harper, rebuild the Arrow? Never happen, it would create jobs that do not export Canada's natural resources, and drive the cost of living in Canada up, and that is just something good old Stephen would never do.. remember, it took a Conservative to kill the Arrow, and make Canada subservient to the the US.

Would it not be cheaper to re-design and rebuild the Arrow (the one with which Diefenbaker killed Canadas' aerospace industry). Just think of all the jobs it would create.
