    I agree with Mr. Penn; 10 million would be should be spent on the actual rebuilding of the shore!!! It is obvious the state suffered a natural disaster so why all this red tape hiring consultants to obtain $$$ from the federal government! Totally waste of time and money! Just put the projects out to bid and let the contractors get to work!!!

    why is that 10 million being used for consultants instead of using it to hire contractors to complete the repairs to the devastated areas? This would be a great start for recovery and employment in nj.
