Excellent progress in bringing this issue to the forefront. To be successful two things must be added to the agenda; 1. Transparency, the summit must be open to the public to attend and their must be an open Q & A period for business owners and citizens to comment. It should not be a session for politicians to make political points. 2. The conclusion of the summit must be 3 to 5 mandates for the politicians and community leaders to execute. No kicking the can down the road or agreeing to study and meet again. The problem is crystal clear, it,s time for definitive action.
