To any human being, his life is precious. A human being is only afraid of losing his life. That is why capital punishment is so important. If the judicial system ensures that a criminal is hanged within a year ( and not after 30 years), the media gives enough publicity to such events, horific incidents of this type can be deterred. Let the country make it a point that these rapists get their due share within just a year.

All rapists should have their penis cut off so that they live a life of repentance. Death sentence is not suffering. The rapists should suffer just like the victims. They should be reminded everyday of what they did to hurt others. Rapists should not be able to have children of their own as they will be a danger to their own kin. The cut off penis should be a sign for every doctor they visit, what and who they are and what these people could have been capable of. This includes the rich, famous and poor everyone that does this unacceptable act in society.

I am against Capital Punishment because I am AGAINST giving quick 'release' to such monsters ... they MUSU die every second, ever minute, every month, year, decade till they are alive!!

It's not a shameful affair, but it's a crime // Therefore, I do agree with Sushma Swaraj that the rapists as well as their associates should be hanged in Public with wide Publicity // This'll certainly prove to be the Best example to the society who dare to do such act(s) //

It is indeed a matter of great shame that in a nation which boasts of worshipping women as DEVI's treats women as mere objects of pleasure. What a paradox. Stern action should be taken
