To me the greatest outrage is the "silencing" of authors, speakers, or groups who seek to learn or share information that is helpful toward understanding issues that are troubling the Church (the entire body of the Faithful) today. How outrageous is it for a Magisterium, that claims sole teaching authority, to refuse to listen to the questions and the findings of serious, professionally educated Catholic Lay persons regarding the needs of the laity, IF the responses of the Church Hierarchical Leadership is silencing, i.e. punishment.

I chose stories regarding the Vatican and the story about trans youth. I did this I want to think of the progressive Christian movement in terms of shared interests, global impact and about subaltern groups. Peace.
