Should witnesses testifying in court be able to wear a niqab?

    Absolutely, under no circumstance should a woman be allowed to conceal her idententity in court. This is CANADA..If I chose to wear a hat in court because it was part of my religious beliefs I bet I would be asked to remove it. I have no idea how any judge would be able to be certain that this religious belief was sincere .This conduct CANNOT be allowed in CANADA because of the laws that stand in CANADA. If this woman is allowed to wear her "hat" I would ask that the law be changed to allow mw to wear my hat.

    I think the laws in place must stand, because other religious groups that come to this country want change Canada ways.If you do not like our laws go back to the country you come from.
