It is surprising to the low number of occupational safety & health programs that are not ABET accredited. Dr. Hill's article provided evidence regarding the importance for learning outcomes and how ABET accreditation can also elevate the SH&E profession. Hopefully, in a few years the majority (if not all) of OSH programs are ABET accredited.

It is surprising to the low number of occupational safety & health programs that are not ABET accredited.
