I think nobody knows the truth. She's probably a phony or not but we don't know. And I think half of the comments here saying about how they know her are false. When she was in a band before she didn't look all that she just looked like a normal teenager.

I lived in the same neighborhood as them in royal palm before they moved to wellington and am the same age as her older sister and my friends and I would hang out with ashleyand cassadee all summer long and after school. The mom was a stay at home mom and a great one at that and the father was not around much but it is probably because he is telling the truth about working so much. Its no ones business anyway.

I know people that went to wellington high with her. Every single one said she was stickup prissiness she thought she was better than everyone else. I believe the father no doubt anything to get rich even trash your family

I have known the Popes for many many years. I DO NOT remember him driving the girls all over. I clearly remember their Mom Lori running with them all the time. I don't remember him be wonderful to any of the 3 of them, and I do recall him leaving the house....................They are good girls.........

I believe her dad is what she said...I have 2 daughters and if one or both of them became a star I would NEVER try to make them look bad....no matter what our relationship was...good or bad!!! Shame on her father!!! He should just keep his mouth shut!!! Not try to hurt her in any way shape or form!!

Having been in a situation similar to Lenny's I know how it feels to be made out as the bad guy...the deserter. But it's not all Cassadee's fault. I do believe the producers of the show "encourage" the contestants to embellish their resumes.
