I was in the Zales store today and witness a customer getting really rude with one of the male employee he was very helpful and did everything he could to help this lady. even though she was in a hurry and need to get her wedding very quickly. No she was running late. She yell at the man. I wanted to thank him for being helpful to her. the store#394 In Pearland, Texas.
