Nick Saban is not the answer, he already tried the NFL and it did not work. Out of the people on this list the possibles should be Jon Gruden, Bill Cowher ( although I do not believe either of them will come out of retirement), Bruce Arians or Andy Reid are the best choices besides the previous names. I mean really Chip Kelly or Saban are both great college coaches but the Browns do not need a coach who is learning the NFL game. They need a coach who has had success as a head coach in the NFL. Anything less will just be another disappointment.
