I know this poll is really old by now but I was just wondering on whether this genesis diet would allow you to have your pku formula? because it seems like I would have to cut it out completely and i really do not want to go off diet to lose weight

I do not think this diet is healthy at all. Jumping from one diet of fruit and regular food th other do not make any sense that help you for a good health. As a Doctor and breast cancer specialist I will never recommended anything like that, sorry
