Does anyone still respect trip adviser. Sure it has its value but when you see a top class business receive 3-4 stars and some hole in the wall receive 5 stars. Where is the balance. Most of the reviews are either over the top fluff or competitors posting 1 star reviews to outdo you. It is the worst form of marketing currently for hospitality and travel and does more harm than good. It needs serious regulation and some sort of standard procedure. They even lost their right to use trust/ed in their headline as there is no format with their business.
