More drivers are losing driving licences for medical reasons; the system is working fine

Vision and hearing problems are an unfortunate part of aging; we need tighter rules on holding on to a licence

I'm at least as or more worried about younger drivers; we need better training, monitoring for all

The onus is on family members to be brave and step up, especially where dementia may be an issue
