Pete Rose was is of the best baseball players in the world. As a kid growing up he was the reason I watch baseball. He was why I played baseball,I wanted to be just like him. The man made a mistake and has paid for the mistake, By not being able to play baseball. But who gives the right to say he can not be in the hall of fame? His record still today has not been broken. That is a hall of fame player!!! Baseball is not baseball anymore,it's all about how much the player is going to make. Not for the love of the game. Players that go on a strike to get more money, That's the players in my opinion that should not be in the hall of fame. Or what about the players that cannot pass a drug test? The bottom line everyone make mistakes they live with it the rest of there life. But no one can take away the history that was made, not Evey the comminsoner of baseball.

Despite what might have happened, Pete Rose is still the greatest baseball player of all time. He hasn't done any differently then many others in the Hall of Fame. I'll never go to Cooperstown until Pete is enshrined there! Without Rose, the Hall of Fame is incomplete and a sham!
