How in the world does track not deserve recognition, that rivalry has been going on for a while, Staples and Danbury are always winning state championships, they are the only teams that ever have a chance at states because of their dominating programs. Darien and New Canaan football don't win championships very often. A true rivalry is two teams that compete for championships on a regular basis, that is not "the turkey bowl". there you go, hellen keller.
I'm very serious. I've stated I think two rivalries are head and shoulders above the rest, but in giving five choices, though track and tennis don't get the same publicity as the other sports, they are heated rivalries in their own right.

Danbury-Staples Track, without a doubt, this rivalry has been going on for so long, its hard to beat, Staples is always trying to catch up to Danbury's state championships, and Danbury wants revenge from last year.
