Accept the current propsal for totes and reduce taxes by 14.5 percent

Keep the current system with ARC and increase proposed city spending by 21 percent.

Accept ARC's bid over the lower Allied bid, still go with the automated tote system, and accept higher costs..

I don't live in the City of Batavia
