    I think he'll approve it - and all the other fossil fuel extractive corporations - because it seems to me that he takes action based primarily on weighing corporate power versus people and planet.

    What emergency measures are being posed for a possible Break, Sabotage or Rupture of this XL Pipe Line? The potential for a BP type Spill on the land, instead of in the water, is real!

    He has been such a DINO on many issues, I expect him to approve it. He has obligations to his corporate masters.

    He's proven himself a corporatist time and again. I was fooled into thinking that I was voting for a progressive in 2008 and I (and America) have been sorely disappointed in getting a moderate Republicon instead.

    i sure as hell hope not. people have got some serious research to do if they think global warming isn't serious...leaders are among those people

    Even though he spoke on climate change during his inaug. speech, Im afraid poisoning our water for big money won't be considered part of the climate change problem.I hope Im wrong for all our sakes.
