Why is this even a issue? If our lawmakers don't legalize it we need to vote them out. We need to stop prohibition laws cause they just cause more issues. People who use drugs aren't criminals but the law makes them one. These People need counseling not prison.

Legalize it for recreational use also. It is no more harmful than beer. It will clear out our jails for more HARDENED criminals.

I don't believe the government has the right to tell you what you can or cannot do Unless you are harming someone else. If a person has health problems because of the life style, they shouldn't ask the government for help. I do not take any drugs and never will even if it is legal. Legalize and tax you will run a lot a lot of drug dealers out of business and open up jail space.
