Low-income tenants in a St. John's complex are being evicted to make way for condos. Thoughts?

Very troubling; it looks like these renters will be paying a deep price for the city's prosperity

It's the free market, folks; this is how the real estate business works

This is just one symptom of a much bigger problem involving affordable housing

I hope NLHC can find appropriate accommodations for them in the next couple of months
