The history of us at ground level...I admire and am thankful for men like Doug whose love of history and curiosity combine to bring us a story that it is important and entertaining.
I was amazed, impressed, and thankful for the information that Doug uncoverd & compiled on the Tracy family.
Doug Tracy's research and subsequent historical story of his ancestor came "alive" when I read his book. I think Doug's curiousity about his ancestors went far beyond most people. Having gone to undergraduate school in Toledo and spending many years there, I was more than "intrigued" by not only the story but about the dedication of firefighters every where!
