This thing is totally retarded. A giant blue horse with glowing demon eyes--there is 0 artistic quality to it. It makes Colorado look tasteless and tacky. I'd love to know who commissioned that thing and how it was paid for. I can think of any # of other things that could have been put in its place.

Replace it with a white mustang like the Bronco horse at the stadium. A blue horse with demonic red eyes??? Great way to welcome visitors to Colorado.

I think the sculpture is nice, but the evil eyes are the problem. Maybe come up with something different instead of the red eyes and people would like it more.

You must respect any piece of art that is responsible for the death of it's creator.

liking it and whether it should stay or not are very different things. it may not be the greatest piece of artwork in the world. it is visible. it is powerful. it gets peoples attention. and conversation. a tremendous success for any sculpture, i'd say.

With all of the amazing bronze sculptures in this state, I think we could come up with one that represents Colorado better than the evil blue horse!
