The 0.08 limit has only hurt businesses. I blame it for the closing of great pubs and bars in Michigan. With the limit at 0.10 you could at least meet friends and have a couple beers. Now everyone is afraid to even have one beer.
The low level doesn't save lives... it ruins more lives and costs people their jobs for having 2 beers at a restaurant or pub. You can't just walk home in Michigan like you can in some big cities where these laws were born....this is a big city law in a country environment!
