What type of exercise appeals to you most?

    I prefer a combination of Tai Chi, or Yoga, and Aerobic exercise (running or walking). Some strength training, also.

    Yoga enhances my other workouts...I do Pilates, Strength Training and outdoor biking. Yoga slows down my conscience...to see things as they truly are, and accept. Anything I do after that is a piece of cake!

    It has to be tennis or some other sport. I wish I could work out but if I'm not having fun I never seem to be able to really push myself. I could walk on those machines for hours but not get my heart rate up fast enough to bother. Gyms just seem to suck the life out of me :-(

    My favorite form of exercise is swimming. It gets most of the muscle groups. And I always feel so good after my swim!

    Most exercise is performed in balance with the weather here in south Jersey. Fall, winter, and early spring finds me most often getting my exercise at the gym- basketball, weight training, various resistance machines, swimming. During good weather the exercises take the form of walking, kayaking, biking and gym workouts.

    I like a combination of aerobics and strength training. I find it way more effective than just one or the other. I tried to click both, but I couldn't... so I just clicked "other." :)

    Helps me with my facial pain. Tai Chi also helps.
