Yeah! Plain and simple. Once, I ordered something from online and it never showed up. Then, they left my paperback book in the rain. Don't know if I have the balls to do it at a food joint though. Side note:
I once worked at a place where the sweet tea cartons were deflated. A fou' (4) teeth havin', chain smokin', homeless lookin' muthafucka showed me that we had to blow it up with our mouths. Guess who made his own tea when it was time to go home. I would chew gum eat breath mints before I would blow up the cartons and I made sure to beat Remy to the punch when I could!

I had a bad experience with Sears buying a set of tires for my truck, online. The store cancelled the order and still charged me $700 for the tires I never got. I went to tirerack.com and had those tires delivered and installed in 72 hours. It took three months, countless calls to their India-based customer service, and letters on up to the Senior Vice President of Sears to get my credit card charge refunded. I also had sent Sears a copy of my letter to the South Carolina Attorney General indicating Sears was complicit in the theft of my money. The day they received that letter, the funds were credited back. Goddamn bitches.

To this day, I won't walk into a Sears/Kmart. Fuck them.

One of the greatest gifts learned from having white friends (outside of awesome white people music and making reservations) is the strongly worded letter. It's very effective.
