Is this a clear case of plagiarism?

I know the chords being played in both songs, and even though THERE IS A II=-V-ii -v -ii-v- ii-v sequence and then an equal number of tonic chords following are the same, , the transition chords , the speed, the rhythm style, and rest of each song are dis-similar (not the same) regression of the ii-v-ii etc, isi common among rock chords of this era.. length of song is common to rock songs, there are added chords in MY SWEET LORD that are NOT USED in He's so fine, and if anything were suspect it would be why take a simple song like HE'S SO FINE, and doctor it up to improve it? if it were a simple matter of plagiarism? Usually it is easier to create a new song than to ''spruce up'' an existing one.. (g. Harrison style) if truth be known, the rolling stones version of Louis Louis is a prime example of a chord style used in at least 5 other rock songs (I - Iv -- v -iv ) and no one yelled ''foul'' for that, and also all the space oriented music (like superman, star wars, battle star gallactica, etc.. ) were all using the same style of melody (open 5ths and octaves) or used in mirror fashion, (up the scale instead of down) and they ALL HAVE SIMILAR SOUNDING THEME SONG STYLES,, a good music analysis of the two songs, reveals whether or not they are the SAME - (check out beegees, /mix with HOLE IN THE WALL, / STAYING ALIVE )SAME CHORDS, SAME LENGTH, MELODY CHANGES, hahahaha,
