It began to feel like I was watching Comedy Central with all the witty pokes being made after first saying anything of gratitude... it really brought down the level of prestige for an event that I believe the Academy usually takes pride in.

I am 58 years of age and I thought Seth McFarland was adorable!!!! Any misstep was totally forgiven when he "introduced" Meryl Streep!
