Jodi's main problem is that she thinks she's smarter than everybody else. This case is a simple case of "if I can't have you, then nobody can." Granted, he was no angel, but she knew what time it was. She was using him just as much as he was using her. Yet still, he did NOT deserve to die like that. She knew that Travis was taking another woman to Cancun and she was jealous. There's no way that she simply accepted the fact that another woman--not HER, was going to a romantic place like Cancun with Travis. Who drives cross country in the dead of summer with gas cans in the back of their car? NOBODY! My other issue with her is that if Travis had a gun and (clearly he did not)and told her that it was UNLOADED, how could she say that she was "protecting herself"--with BOTH of them supposedly knowing that the gun was unloaded? If I'm running for my life, the closet door would not have been on the hinges. She's saying that all she had to do was to put her foot "in the corner" in order to hoist herself high enough to get up on the shelves. TOTAL BS! Juan Martinez has been in the business for a while and again, she "thinks" that she's smarter than everybody else---including JM. He's got her number but she's not going to concede that she's "cold-busted." Travis' voice is being heard...spoken through Mr. Juan Martinez! She may as well get ready to join Wendi Andriano on death row. Juan Martinez prosecuted WA and got the death penalty on her. JA deserves the same. She gave Travis his death penalty and now it's JM's duty to give her what she gave Travis. She's a conniving, condescending, evil devil that should DIE! Damn hogs get treated more humanely when they are slaughtered than what Travis got. May God have mercy on her soul because Juan Martinez isn't. Trust me, she's not too pretty to die. If I was on that jury, she'd be a DEAD WOMAN. I believe that she's a DEAD WOMAN WALKING now. Stick a needle in her and get it over with. She might want to google Juan Martinez.

I hope she still thinks" No jury will convict me" as she stated in her pre trial interview , I want to her face when when This one does!!!!

By the look on Travis's face in the shower I think she held a gun on him and told him how to pose while taking the pics which is why one was messed up and others she deleted. I can hold a glass in one hand and take pics with the other, her being the expert in taking pics I'm sure she would have no problem doing this. In addition, I believe she had him face his back to her then stabbed him. He then came after her and she shot him and stabbed him more. Putting Travis back in the shower was a cover up of the blood that was already in the shower.

Absolutely guilty, can't stand even seeing her ugly lying face, and for some time I felt bad for mama Arias but seeing as how she laughs while her little girl is on trial for Capital murder well I now have lost respect for her.. As for the monster murderess she's just getting way to caught up in her lies that she's forgetting them..
