And by the same token, If a person is defending themselves or their families or homes and the guilty party that the gun was used upon, and is so found in a court of law. they should also be charged with any and all fees associated with the crime... but we know most offenders are not responsible enough to take care of the minor resposiblities of life let alone the major ones....

If a person mishandles their wepon in an improper manner, they should be charged accordingly.
