I read the onion somewhat regularly. I knew the joke they were trying to make. And it missed badly. I wasn't outraged, but I immediately recognized they crossed the line and it was indefensible. The onion recognized it too, since they apologized for the first time ever, and that's saying something since these are people that made jokes about stuff like 9/11 and didn't react to the backlash.

I wasn't offended by either. I think people should know Seth McFarlane's sense of humor by now, and The Onion is a satire site. It certainly wasn't their greatest material, but I don't think it was malicious towards Quvenzhané either. I get why people were offended, but I wasn't. If the "nigger baby" incident didn't made me laugh, The Onion will have to do more to offend me I guess. Keep up the great work guys, later!

Never knew Cunt was a bad word until I started working with different races that take the word to heart. I had only heard it used in Ebony Ayes era porn (shout out to those giant boxes). I really like the onion. Maybe since it was a tweet it was as well thought out as the print work. As far as Seth McFarlene I am not a big fan of him from the jump.

I was upset by the joke posted on twitter by The Onion. Not upset at all about the jokes by Seth McFarlane. In fact, "We Saw Your Boobs" is now my new favorite song!
