Peter, there is a variable amount of time it takes to order. The distribution, if accurate, should account for this. My thinking is, make the model data driven and share the model to anyone interested. I doubt I will have good data to drive this. Love the conversation though.
I suspect that it's to accommodate those who are indecisive. Is that accounted for in your model?

Actually, as soon as I hit the 'vote' button on my 'No difference' selection, I realized I probably should have selected 'Getting food potentially slower' because I just remembered the times the cashier has had to confirm which order I made and the confusion that has often seemed to slow things down. I wonder if you have managed to factor this into your model somehow.
