ABC and Barbara Walters needs to give Behar the freedom to speak her opinions without being chastained by Barbara as I saw more than once recently, plus pay her an equivalent pay as Barbara because she is SO VALUABLE to the show with her quick thinking wit, her smarts and that is a big asset to the conversation....her knowledge and wise contribution. They need to offer Behar the head position at the table especially since Walters may be retiring soon. Convince Behar she has the chance to use her talents fully there and keep her at the View!

Glad to hear Behar is leaving. She was the most bigoted, narrow minded of the group. Yes, narrow minded since she couldn't listen to anyone who didn't agree with her. Being a liberal doesn't make one open-minded, and she was one of the most close minded women on TV. As for being a comedian, I got more chuckles out of watching my potted plants grow than anything that ever came out of her mouth. She just wasn't able to even be polite to a Republican guest, as if somehow she and she alone knew better than anyone what was right or wrong, good or bad. Good riddance. Please don't put someone as vulgar and low rent as Kathy Griffin on. I had quit watching because of Joy, and look forward to once again watching Whoopi and the group, sans Behar. But Griffin would definitely keep me from tuning in.

Wow these commenters are all so nasty.. I guess that's because they're republicans! I'm sorry to hear that Joy is leaving. I love her humor. I think Kirsti Alley could be a good replacement. But please not Kathy Griffin!!! Cannot stand her and will not tune in for her! I was fairly excited to hear that Elizabeth was fired. Not a fan of her at all!! Republicans just seem to spread to much hate and fear and negativity. If I am going to turn on the tv in the daytime it's going to be for funny smart uplifting and caring people who inspire me to be better. Not the haters.
