Will the forex trading volumes continue to go up for the rest of the year?
Sure. The “currency wars” isn’t going away and it could prop up volumes until the end of the year.
No. I’m sure this is a seasonal thing. Volume could die down again as long-term traders hold on to their start-of-the-year positions.
