When do you think the Fed will start reducing QE?

Not in the next couple of years! I think the sequestration will undo a lot of progress in the economy later on.

I agree that early 2014 could see the start of slower asset purchases from the Fed.

It really depends on whether the economy can withstand sequestration or not. Let's wait and see for a few months.
