We have no spare money for ANYTHING!!
Councillors are the ones that should understand that, and SHOULD try to avoid raising taxes unnecessarily.
I have no more faith in our Mayor or our councillors, especially our local councillor, Rick Chiarelli, who will side with any contractor who has supported his campaign with small or large contributions to his campaign to run again. He will always side with them, and doesn't give a damn about his constituents.
We've known that for a long time, but people are so used to marking their X by a name they recognize, without thinking about the other names of would-be councillors who actually might be on the side of the tax payers.
