LA, yes higher quality is good, but things are moving so fast now that by the time a watchers dvd comes out its old news! I would suggest a monthly high quality video in HD that you upload to youtube. You would be getting millions of hits. As for the cost of production youtube is very lucrative.

Yes- You need to make it so we can just download the stuff directly for like 5 bucks, The DVD and mailing stuff to to old school man. When I want something I want ti right away. You'll get ten times the sales as well.

Bluray definitely. I have become so used to HD that the fuzziness of DVDs is a distraction. The higher visual detail makes a video more immersive. I would be willing to pre-order if a Bluray version is made available.

I agree with what Gina has said. It would be nice to have both and be able to lend one out.

I would love to have a blu-ray and a DVD. Please do it. Blu-ray is so much clearer and I could lend out the DVD.

As a personal preference, I'd prefer an HD direct download. You will find an increasing number of people who would far rather download and store digitally than deal with hard copies. I would personally pay the same for a download as a hard copy--please, keep your own plastic donuts ! ;)
I have purposely stayed with "low def" TV and DVD. With all the new technology in TV and Blue Ray that has additional microphones, video cameras, and internet connectivity allowing the New World Government to track all that we do in our homes without our consent or even our knowledge, upgrading to Blue Ray and HDTV really isn't wise, now is it!

We tend not to let ourselves get dragged into the newest technology unless forced to. Case in point, we had to convert to DVD when video cassettes went the way of the dodo. DVD is much better, I must admit but all this HD stuff isn't necessary to our enjoying a DVD. Just our preference. To each their own.

As an audio video type of person If given the option to view a program in HD.... Without a doubt HD it is! The Watcher Series which would be amazing in Blu Ray..HD For only an additional $5 to me would be a no brainer.

I have blu ray and its nice but I don't need such a pretty picture in a documentary type DVD. Keep it simple and cost as low as possible is my opinion.

My household is divided, my husband prefers blu ray, I like to save the extra $ ..lol

I do not own Blue Ray and do not plan to upgrade so both formats would not be an attractive option to me.
We just received a hi-def TV and we have a Blue Ray player. And, we would pay more for a DVD. However, if it were a set, I don't think we would. I think we would opt for cash flow in that case.

Probably not. I would like an option to digital download or purchase in ITunes for storage on my iPad.

Yes please! Would like my own copies on bluray and have been holding off buying because you mentioned it some time ago, but it would be good to have DVDs to loan out!

I'm not quite up to date with technology. I don't own anything Blue Ray and therefore, I personally would not be interested in buying the documentary in BR or paying extra for it. I can't wait to see Watchers 6, though.

I do not own blue ray and I have no plans to up grade. Love the first 5 waiting excitedly for 6.
Only $5 more for both the BR & DVD versions is not too unreasonable! Although I already own Watchers 1-5 on dvd and would not upgrade them, any future releases I would likely purchase on BR.

I prefer my movies or documentaries to be in HD (Blue Ray) because of the picture quality. I would definitely pay more for the Watchers series to be in Blue Ray if that option was given....no question.....
