Do you think Rutgers' Coach Mike Rice should be fired?

He should be fired by his boss, then the president of the college should turn around and fire the boss who approved the fine. Clearly both have no brains, and are both bullies. If the president of the college was also made aware of the video back then, then the board should walk that person out the door. Like one said Penn State all over again. In fact anyone that had knowledge should be gone today. No wonder our young people have problems. Role models like these.

He is a bully and he is subjecting his players to abuse, both physical and mental. Keeping it quiet since November - to save the Rutgers reputation? Isn't this the same thinking that got Penn State in trouble?

Rutgers has allowed a BULLY to scare them into not doing their jobs. I don't accept this crap about him being passionate about the game & coaching, that's not passion, that's flat out Bullying and rudeness. What surprises me even more is the fact that no parent has stepped up and let this BULLY know that he can't treat their son's like that, who in the hell does he think he is. If my son was one of those students, there would be serious legal action taking place. The fact that it's all caught on tape, I rest my case !!! He's not fit to coach a teams of pigs!!!!

Good Heavens! He represents all that we are working to rid the world of, bullying, cruelty, discrimination, and unfairness. I hope Rutgers will reconsider. He is not needed here.

If the coach has to go then Gov Christy should follow with his foul rants toward his critics.

We can't complain about the kids when we allow this type of leadership. What example are they to follow? There must be consequences to the behavior of Coach Rice. I hope that the University acts accordingly.
