Dennis O'Keefe and other mayors are upset that provincial agencies do not pay municipal taxes, but receive services. Thoughts?

It's a municipal rip-off; O'Keefe should ramp up his ranting to keep the issue at the fore

Facts are facts: municipalities can't tax a senior level of government

I don't think the NLC, for instance, should avoid a tax other businesses pay; not sure about other organizations

While the province may be passing the buck, a new system would only mean higher provincial taxes (and beer prices)
