It is not right to be judged on your "appearance". The colour of your skin should not determine your level of ability or suitability for a job. Furthermore if you happen to have a facial disfigurement it should not stop you from applying for whatever job you want but it should be left up to the individual to decide how they would feel for instance in a role that requires constant face to face interaction.
