Epicardial PCI does not gaurantee myocardial perfusion

We often miss the culprit vessel in multivessel CAD

Text book "Total" revascularisation is never possible

I do not agree with above reasons . It is something else !

always remember "OPEN ARTERY is not same as OPENED ARTERY". EPICARDIAL REVASCULARISATION DOES NOT MAKE THE HEART NORMAL. pci has never improved the mortality rate.

We have a data of more than 1000 patients who were labelled IHD on Angiography but never showed ischemia on stress test.
If so, why to label them as ischemic?
