What do you think of the "Equal Pay for Women Act" sponsored by three Louisiana lawmakers?

I like it. I think women should be paid equal to their male colleagues for "substantially similar" work.

I don't like it. I don't think the state should have control over pay rates set by employers.

I don't like it. We should enforce current anti-discrimination law before enacting more.

I'm not sure. I would have to hear more from the stakeholders, such as businesses.
