Should football hold a minute's silence for Thatcher?

A very tasteless comment from "Steve". Heysel was a terrible day for football and for LFC, but the Heysel 39 received justice. There was a criminal prosecution, fans were found guilty. There was no campaign of lies and no cover up.

Part of me hopes they try having a silence at each of the Scottish Cup semis this weekend.

We'll see then how "loved" she was.

She hated football. A game for the working class.

Remember ID cards. Another Tory disaster waiting to happen.

Part of me wishes they hold a minutes silence for thatcher, and how embarrassing for for the FA, when no supporter adheres to it! JFT96

No one should be holding tributes to this evil and vile creature. The world is a better place without her. Football especially should not be holding tributes given how she nearly destroyed the national game, much like her destruction of the mining and manufacturing industries and her disdain for anyone who wasn't upper middle class or higher.
