I really think the Cummings Library should be reserved for QUIET study. It is so hard to find a quiet place to study at Mohawk. The silent study area with the individual desks is so awkward if you have a laptop and paperwork to set up. Not to mention you are uncomfortable to even move in the room, afraid of making a noise. The Collaboratory upstairs is set up for group work; loud, disruptive work should be done up there, not downstairs in the library. To me what a library should be is a quiet space. The signs in the Cummings library say "Quiet Study Zone", but really, what good is a rule like that if there is no one enforcing it?

PLEASE ENFORCE QUIET STUDYING IN THE CUMMINGS LIBRARY!
Give us somewhere to study comfortably.
