Let's see.I've been living near Med/Inver since ohh there was no BeaverRidge past Eagle Lane. What I see in this area is a bad element creeping in.These gigantic houses that are 6 inches from the curb(literally),as far as I'm concerned those owners have no style or taste whatsoever and should never have been allowed to turn onto Meadowlands. This community is in danger of becoming another slum used as a cut-thru for people on their way to shop for plastic offshore made junk on Merivale Rd.Anyway,I saw the 2nd rate loosers that were cutting down the trees on Burris lane. You could see something was wrong but hay the city is telling us there's nothing they can do about the morons parking there as they move on to their lousy job downtown...so nothing out of the ordinary I thought. The only thing missing from those guys was a pair of Mickey Mouse ears. What kindof an idiot at city hall allows a spendthrift builder like this to develope such a sensitive property. Our illustrious Mpp sez it's the new way of things and no more urban sprawl.....two things to say, stuff him and most importantly the horse he rode in on,and who are the fools that voted this hack in.God,I can only imagine what the prov govt has planned for Parkwood Hills School,a turnpike perhaps for the new Target store complex.Anyway, fines up to 100,000k....well there are companies that can transport trees up to like a foot in diameter and that developer should be forced to supply tree for tree instead of the city having them put in a brass memorial "We're Sorry"plaque and a bunch of Manitoba maples.
