When will the Fed start scaling back its QE program?
Maybe in Q3 or Q4 this year. The fact that withdrawal is being discussed signals that the Fed is ready.
At least early 2014. There’s no way labor figures would improve before then.
NEVER. The Fed will implement QE infinity if it could.
