What do you think of the slow play penalty assessed to Tianlang Guan?

The rules official should have used some common sense and told him one more time to pick up the pace.

A rule is a rule. If he broke it, he has to pay the penalty.

It was a terrible decision. Lots of tour pros take a long time without getting penalized.
