Yes. How can we consider ours a fair society if we suspend religious freedom at the doors of our courts?
Yes, but only if the belief or custom in question doesn't affect the ability of the court to serve the requirements of the law.
No. In order for justice to be served, everyone must be treated the same regardless of their religious belief.
The Supreme Court was right: It should be decided on a case-by-case basis.
