What do you think of the proposed changes to the Criminal Code?

It makes sense. No one should have compromising photos or video of themselves circulated without their permission.

It doesn't make sense. It's too difficult to control and how do you deal with a case where someone originally gives consent but then later changes their mind?

I don't think we need any additional protections for people in this area.

I like the idea of making the sharing of nude or explicit photos/videos a crime when the subject hasn't given permission but I don't think this is the way to go about it.

I'm not sure.
