Republicans want to take a woman's right to do with her body what she wants, you want everyone to practice YOUR religion, and you want to suppress gays by not giving them marriage equality, just to name a few. So in fact, it's you conservatives that want to remove the rights of our citizens. Gun control isn't about not letting reponsible people own guns, it's about making sure irresposible people don't own guns.
Robert Snyder: No one is trying to take your right away to own guns. They're just trying to prevent more guns from ending up in the hands of the mentally ill and/or criminals. You'd wet you pants if your child was on the wrong end of a gun. I think most of you right wing nut jobs would feel differently about gun control if you had a loved one killed by gun violence.

Hey .. I have no problem if these IDIOT biased lobbyists want to waste a boat load of their money sponsoring a complete waste of time. Stupid is what stupid does. There is no rational arguement for universal background checks and their poll is BS. If you are going to lie make it believable. Truth be told there ARE background checks done on 80 - 90% of all LEGAL firearm purchases. Get the facts straight before spewing BS propaganda. Why, 80% of crimminals obtained firearms illegally. So only possibly stopping 3 - 5% (because realistically people who are selling guns to criminals through a legal private sale would just do it through an illegal straw purchase), so it may only stop 1-2% also assuming the criminal wouldn't get it from another source. So if you look at stats that are relevant to the effect this bill would have it clearly shows how arbitrary and useless it would be.

Either don't sell your guns or only sell them to someone who has a Concealed Carry Permit. Trusting your constitutional freedoms to a politician to decide for you is insanity. They didn't trust YOU to vote on until they LOST multiple times - thank GOD I'm life member of the NRA!

Why would I ever vote for a treasonous act like this? Those pushing it don't know squat about gun shows and most have never been to one but are more than willing to pass judgement on it. Nobody buys a gun at a gun show and walks out the door with it unless they have been checked out first. Anything to the contrary is B.S.
I for one have had a belly full of these little communist trying to take my right to defend myself away from me. And I do not need "Big Brother" to watch over me. I don't wet my pants everytime there is a shooting near or a house is broken into in the neighborhood. Tell these namby panby weak wristed people to develope some balls for once.
