Should anonymous commenters be forced to be accountable for what they say online?
Yes. It's ridiculous that just because the internet allows anonymity that people use it as an excuse to behave like horrible human beings.
No. Most people just ignore the trolls. We should all learn to do that. Paying attention to them is the only thing that gives their comments any meaning, so don't do it.
Only under special circumstances, e.g. threats of violence, acts of terrorism etc.
I'm not sure.
