It is one of most difficult problems that I struggle with. I especially have a hard time while I am on BetterMilk since I only require 1/2 cup to make the formula. The other formula I drink now I use 10oz. Which is fine bit you add that amount to flavored BetterMilk it will ruin the flavoring. I am not a big fan of water it makes me feel like I have an upset stomach if I drink very much. I would live any suggestion you might have.
